A new ambassador was crowned Friday night at the Ripley Fall Fair. Kim Hooey well represent Ripley for the next year


Up Close and Personal

Students at Kincardine Township-Tiverton Public School got up close and personal with a cow Wednesday afternoon. A pair of the animals were brought to the school as part of school milk day. Foxy fundraisers

Two youths raise more than $700 for cancer

Christine Benney, left, and Maddie Duncan raised $711.50 for this year’s Terry Fox Run. The Grade 6 students were Huron Heights’ top fundraisers. The girls were just two of more than 250 students that walked in the school’s Terry Fox walk on Friday. The event raised more than $1,300 for cancer research. (Josh Howald photo)
