Gustl “Gus” August Kuppers of Kincardine passed away with family by his side on Saturday, May 19, 2018, at the age of 93.

 

Loving father of Bryan and Kevin (Donna) Kuppers and remembered by the children’s mother Annemarie Kuppers.

 

Missed by his grandchildren Justin and James Kuppers.

 

Remembered by many dear special friends.

Helen Margaret “Marg” Harper of Kincardine passed away at John Joseph Place in Owen Sound on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, in her 80th year.

 

Beloved wife of George Alderman.

 

Loving mother of Kevin (Liz) Purves of Tiverton, Dianne Woodfull (Kevin Bell) of Oshawa, Doug Purves (Regan Boris) of Windsor and Julie (Ken) Fair of Kincardine.

 


COLIN PRATT

 

Colin Fleming Pratt of Kincardine passed on May 15, 2018, at the age of 97. "Doc" Pratt was a resident of Malcolm Place.

 

He was predeceased by his wife Ivy ("Danny") and son Gregory.

 

He is survived by his two children: Andy of Kincardine and Kathryn Valentini of Kenora; as well as son-in-law Robert Valentini and three grandchildren: Brent, Marc, and Rebecca, of Kenora.

 


AUDREY CURRIE

 

Mary Audrey Currie (née Armstrong) formerly of Purple Grove and Kincardine passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Cheltenham on Thursday, May 10, 2018, in her 93rd year.

 

Born in Kincardine Township on October 14th, 1925, to the late Oscar and Ella (née Harrison) Armstrong.

 

Beloved wife of the late Frank Currie (1984).

 


AUDREY CURRIE

 

Mary Audrey Currie (née Armstrong) formerly of Purple Grove and Kincardine passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Cheltenham on Thursday, May 10, 2018, in her 93rd year.

 

Born in Kincardine Township on October 14th, 1925, to the late Oscar and Ella (née Harrison) Armstrong.

 

Beloved wife of the late Frank Currie (1984).

 


EILEEN CALDER

 

It is with deep sadness that we inform you that Eileen Norah Calder (née Bacon) passed away on May 3, 2018.
Eileen was born in Calgary on Jan. 16, 1927, but spent most of her childhood and adolescence in Vancouver and the Yukon.

 

Survived by her husband Loren Calder, and her sons Bruce and Eric.

 


BOB RUTLEDGE

 

Robert Kenneth Rutledge of Ripley passed away on May 4, 2018, at the Kincardine Hospital at the age of 86.

 

He was the beloved husband of the late Gloria Rutledge (Mead) who predeceased him in 2014.

 

Bob was born in Kincardine on July 17, 1931, to his parents, the late Frances (Harrison) and George Rutledge.

 


BOB RUTLEDGE

 

Robert Kenneth Rutledge of Ripley passed away on May 4, 2018, at the Kincardine Hospital at the age of 86.

 

He was the beloved husband of the late Gloria Rutledge (Mead) who predeceased him in 2014.

 

Bob was born in Kincardine on July 17, 1931, to his parents, the late Frances (Harrison) and George Rutledge.

 


SHIRLEY HARRIS

 

It is with great sadness that we announce that Shirley Ethel Harris, of Kincardine and formerly from Welland, died on Sunday, April 29, 2018, in her 92nd year.

 

Beloved wife of the late T. Huffman “Huff” Harris (2011), formerly from Ripley, in his 91st year.

 

Cherished mother of Ron (Linda) Harris of Campbellford; David (Susan) Harris of Abbotsford, British Columbia; and Carolyn (Mel) Kettle of St. John’s, Newfoundland.

 

Lovingly remembered by 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

 


BETH MacLENNAN

 

Beth MacLennan passed away peacefully on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017, at Cambridge Country Manor, at the age of 63.

 

Predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Margaret (Norman) MacLennan, and by her brother, David (Ruby) MacLennan.

 

Dear sister of John (Barbara) MacLennan of Kitchener and Angus (Nancy) MacLennan of Keswick. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
