Troy Snobelen of Huron-Kinloss Township passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at the age of 43, the result of a snowmobile accident.

 

Loved and greatly missed by his three children Cole, Eve and Carter, and their mother Amy Snobelen.

 

Also loved and cherished by Belinda Bowman and his parents Judy Snobelen and Mike (Anita) Snobelen all of Huron Kinloss. Brother of Tanya (Larry) Leppington and Sam (Wanda) Snobelen and uncle of Brooke, Annie and Kate Leppington. Also survived by his grandmother Joyce Farrell, special friend Greg Lowry and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his grandparents Stewart Farrell and Sam & Margaret Snobelen, and Albert Middelkamp.

 

There will be a private family funeral. To also honour Troy’s life, a casual come and go celebration open to the public will be held at the Lucknow Community Centre on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 1-5 p.m.

 

Troy was a wonderful father and his children meant the world to him. He spent hours coaching their hockey teams, watching their games and working with them on the farm. Troy was the owner of the family grain elevator business, Snobelen Farms Ltd. He was highly respected in the community and will be dearly missed by all who love him.
