Florence “Marion” Emmerton (née Nicholson) of Kincardine passed away, with family by her side, at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Kincardine on Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2017, at the age of 72.


Beloved wife of Don Emmerton.


Dear mother of Bruce Emmerton of Kincardine and Heather Poulin of Waterloo.


Loving grandmother to Amber, Candace and Emily and great-grandson Malcolm Lywood.


Fondly remembered by her siblings John Nicholson of Fort Nelson, B.C., Dianne Bath of Kincardine, Brenda (Guy) Wheeler of Waterloo and Sandra (Steve) Little of Waterloo and by brother-in-law Richard (Pat) Emmerton of Kincardine.


Remembered by special uncle Ken Hartwick of Cornwall.


Also missed by Paul and Linda Cunliffe and family; and Jim Taylor and family and by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.


Predeceased by her parents Mac and Florence Nicholson and parents-in-law Henry and Gerry Emmerton.


Visitation was held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home in Kincardine on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2017.


The funeral service to celebrate Marion’s life was held at 11 a.m. at the Anglican Church of the Messiah on Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, with Rev. Rob Hiscox officiating.

John "Jack" Garland Moffatt of Walkerton passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Walkerton on Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, at the age of 88.


Beloved husband of Elaine Moffatt (née Farrell).


Loving father of Doug (Heather) of Innisfil, Kevin (Barbara) of Annan and Jim (Suzanne) of Huntsville. Cherished grandfather of Braydon, Alycia, Jenna, Bevan, Jillian, Hunter and Courtney.


Predeceased by his son Ricky in infancy, and by his parents Horace and Carlotta (née Mutrie) Moffatt.


Visitation was held from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017 at the Cameron Funeral Home, 1106 Yonge Street, Walkerton.


The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 23, 2017, at Knox Presbyterian Church, 208 Cayley Street, Walkerton, with Rev. Meagan Purdy officiating.
