JAKE HILLERBY

Jacob “Jake” Clifford Hillerby of Kincardine passed away suddenly on June 21, 2017, while on vacation with family in Vancouver.

Cherished infant son of Richard and Jacqui (née Robinson) of Kincardine.

Lovingly remembered by his twin sister Robin.

Dear grandson of John and Sue Hillerby of Collingwood and Clifford and Tisha Robinson of Scarborough.

Loved nephew of James (Satsuki) Hillerby, Rob (Emma) Hillerby, Dave (Liz) Hillerby, Christine (Ray) Logel and Kathryn (Kurt Froehlich) Robinson.

Sadly missed by his cousins Melody Hillerby, Simon Hillerby, Eddie Hillerby, Miles Hillerby, Ally Logel, Julie Logel and Thomas Froehlich.

Jacob will be remembered by his many caring friends.

Visitation was held from 6-8 p.m. at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home in Kincardine on Wednesday, June 28, 2017.

Jake’s funeral service took place at the Kincardine United Church at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2017, with Pastor Judy Zarubick officiating.

Private family interment Kincardine Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada (RMHC Canada) would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

RENÉ PAGÉ

René Lucien Pagé, of Kincardine, passed away suddenly at the Stratford General Hospital, on Monday, June 26, 2017, in his 79th year.

Beloved husband of Madeleine Pagé (née Guay) of Kincardine.

Cherished father of Laurent (Angela) of Ripley, and Manny (Tammy) and Sam (Heather), all of Kincardine.

Loved grandfather of David (Brittany), Luke, Chloe, Jesse, Hesther and Quinton and great-grandfather of Ethan, Michael and Emerson.

Missed by his sister Lise (Marcel) Lefebvre, brother Jean (Denise) Pagé and sister-in-law Madeleine.

Predeceased by his brother Fernand.

Visitation was held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, June  29, 2017, at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home in Kincardine, where the funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2017, with Pastor Stephen Gordon officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Laurent, Manny, Sam, David, Luke, Jesse and Quinton Pagé. The flower bearers were Hesther and Chloe Pagé.

Final resting place: Kincardine Cemetery.

NORMAN SMITH

Norman “Ted” Edward Smith of Kincardine passed away suddenly at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine on Thursday, June 29, 2017, in his 90th year.

Cherished husband of Joyce Louise Smith (née Porritt) of Kincardine.

Dear father of Michael Smith of Goderich and Karen Smith of Halifax. Beloved grandfather of Patrick and Cathrine.

Missed by sister-in-law Helen Smith of Thorold and by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Predeceased by his son Craig Smith, sisters Betty (Tom) McDonald, Ruth (Jim) Hill, Joyce (Bill) Yarr, Katherine (Pete) Damude and brothers William and Don (Joan).

Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, 757 Princes Street, Kincardine from 7 - 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017.

The funeral service will take place at the Anglican Church of the Messiah in Kincardine at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2017, with Rev. Rob Hiscox officiating.

Interment Kincardine Cemetery.

MARGARET TRAYNOR

Margaret Eileen (née Price) died peacefully at Maple Villa in Burlington, on Thursday, June 29, 2017, at the age of 71.

Beloved wife of the late Donald Traynor.

Loving mother of Lisa Traynor and Mary Lou Amaral (Eddie).

Cherished grandmother of Nicole Brown, Thomas Brown, Cassidy Amaral and Nick Amaral; and great-grandmother of Omar and Nevaeh.

Margaret is survived by her sisters Delia Anderson (Dale), Irene Mosnier (Marc) and Linda Peebles (Doug).

Cremation has taken place.

Interment Port Bruce Cemetery.
