Trenton and Milton meet again in OJHL final

The Alliston Hornets trail the Port Hope Panthers 2-1 in the OHA Schmalz Cup semi-finals.

Each team has won at home, and Alliston will try to tie this Provincial Junior Hockey League series up tonight (Wednesday) in Game 4 at the New Tecumseth Rec Centre in Alliston at 7:30 p.m.

Game 5 is Friday at 6:30 p.m. in Port Hope.

The other semi-final series has the Essex 73's up 3-1 on the defending Schmalz Cup champions from Ayr. Essex doubled up the Centennials 4-2 last night.

Game 5 of that series is in Ayr tomorrow (Thursday) evening.

Ontario Junior Hockey League

The Trenton Golden Hawks will meet the Georgetown Raiders in a rematch of last year's OJHL championship series.

Kincardine's Ben Scheel and the Golden Hawks will start defending the Buckland Cup tomorrow (Thursday) night in Georgetown at 7:30 p.m. Game 2 is in Trenton Saturday, with Game 3 in at Alcott Arena Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. Game 4 is Thursday in Trenton.

The Golden Hawks are hosting the Dudley Hewitt Cup (Central Canadian Championship tournament) this season.
