Kincardine claimed the WOAA title and advanced to the OMHA quarter-finals with a 5-0 win last night in Game 4 of the WOAA championship series in Listowel. The Kinucks won Games 1 and 2 of this series by 3-0 scores, but Listowel stayed alive with a narrow 2-1 win in Game 3 of the series Tuesday evening at the Davidson Centre in Kincardine.

The midgets will now face either Elmvale or Penetang in a midget B OMHA quarter-final match-up. Elmvale currently holds a 5-3 lead in points after four games of that series, and will host Game 5 tomorrow (Friday) night in Elmvale.
