A 10-1 loss was a harsh way to end an excellent season for the Kincardine Canadian Tire atom Kinucks.

But that's what the damage was last night in Ingersoll as the Express completed a three-game sweep of Kincardine to win the OMHA All-Ontario atom B championship. In three games, the Kinucks were outscored 28-3.

The win capped off an incredible season for Ingersoll. The team's overall record was 73-7-2. At one point this season, the Express railed of 48 straight wins.

Kincardine captured the WOAA playoff title before sweeping Elmvale and Parry Sound in the OMHA quarters and semis, respectively. But Ingersoll was just too much for Kincardine, who finishes with an impressive overall record of 40-14-3.
