An ATV, a Ford F-150 pick-up truck, a utility trailer and a Ford Focus left a mess on Queen Street, Kincardine last Wednesday evening.
Police got the call at 8:03 p.m., and arrived on the scene to discover the driver of the ATV had been drinking alcohol. There had been, in fact, two occupants on the ATV, and neither had been wearing a helmet. The driver was treated at hospital for minor injuries, while the passenger reported no injuries at the scene. The driver, a 26-year-old from Kincardine, was charged with impaired driving, as well as operation over 80mgs.
