Somebody forced through the front door of a Hunter Street home last week in a brazen break-and-enter.
Last Wednesday afternoon, shortly after 3 p.m., the South-Bruce OPP received a report of a break-in at a residence in the 600 block of Hunter Street in Kincardine. Sometime between noon and 2 p.m. that day (Jan. 29), the home was entered and a quantity of prescription medication, as well as a quantity of cash, was stolen from the residence. Police did not provide an estimate on the value of the stolen property or the damage to the door.
