Church hit by thieves


Nothing is sacred.

Police are investigating the break, enter and theft at the Knox Presbyterian Church in Kincardine.

The South-Bruce OPP was called at 8 a.m. on Nov. 27. The South-Bruce OPP discovered entrance had been gained through a door at the southwest corner of the historic building. Locked doors inside of the church were also forced open. A quantity of cash was taken.

An estimate on the repairs was not provided by police.
