Drunk driver crashes

03/10/2012, 01:54 A Huron-Kinloss Twp. man is facing several charges after a single vehicle crash Sunday afternoon in Brant Twp.
The South-Bruce OPP received a report of the crash at 3:02 p.m. Sunday along Bruce County Road 4, Brant Twp. Officers arrived on the scene to find a green GMC pick-up truck had left the roadway and become tangled in a barbed wire fence.
The driver was located nearby, and it was found the man had been drinking alcohol.
The 19-year-old was charged with impaired driving, operation over 80mgs, failure to remain at the scene and dangerous operation of a vehicle. He is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 5, 2012 to answer to the charges.
