Old Town Hall

The old town hall should be torn down and the theatre moved to the pavillion. The town is spending way too much on these old relics. The tax rate is driving new residents away.Look at house sales. There is also a lack of shopping which is driving business elsewhere dispite Kincardine high gas prices ??
