PHYLLIS ANDERSON

Phyllis Joan Anderson, formerly of R-Villa in Ripley, died Sept. 5, 2012 at the Southampton Care Centre, at the age of 96.

She was the beloved wife of the late Charles Anderson, who predeceased her in 1996.

Phyllis was born on Aug. 10, 1916 in Bradfield, England to the late Nora (Catling) and Robert Bates.

Phyllis and Charles emigrated to Canada in 1954 with their young family and settled in Toronto and later retired to Kitchener.

She was the dear mother of Joan (Ted) Wand, of Point Clark; and Deanna (Michael) Ellis, of Port Perry. She was a special nana to her grandchildren: Scott, David and Leslie, and "little nana" to her great-grandchildren: Elliott, Lauren, Quinn and Jacob.

Predeceased by her great-grandson Dustin; and by her siblings: Winnifred, Edward and Doris.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at the MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home in Ripley with Pastor Karen Lyons officiating.

HENRY BANDOMIR

Heinz Joachim “Henry” Bandomir, of Kincardine, died at London University Hospital on Friday, Sept. 7, 2012, in his 82nd year, after a brief illness.

Though his heart ultimately failed him, his mind remained clear to the end. He understood that his family supported him and his choices during his brief stay in hospital. He was a character, with sparkling eyes and personality. He was spontaneous, fun-loving, generous, stubborn and outgoing.

Visitation will be held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012 from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m.

Interment Kincardine Cemetery.

IRMA FERLATTE

Irma Marie Ferlatte, of Kincardine and formerly of Jacket River and Fredericton, New Brunswick, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, in her 76th year.

Life partner of Peter Shewfelt.

Dear mother of Michael Ferlatte (France Renault), of Campbelton, New Brunswick; Lisa (Wade) Bryden, of Fredericton, New Brunswick; Colette Ryder, of Kincardine; and Peter Ferlatte (Cathy Bernard), of Palm Beach, Florida.

Loving grandmother of Sonya, Craig and Isaiah Bryden, Josh and Jill Ryder, and Pierre and Julie Ferlatte.

Sadly missed by her son-in-law Joe Ryder.

A memorial service will be held in New Brunswick.

CARRIE MacLENNAN

Roseanna Caroline "Carrie" MacLennan (née Schuler), of Kincardine, died at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine, on Monday, Sept. 3, 2012, in her 75th year.

Beloved wife of Finlay MacLennan.

Dear mother of Patsy MacLennan, of Kincardine; Diane (Harry)Whetham, of Stratford; Tom (Hugette) MacLennan, of Durham, North Carolina; Peggy (Dave) Hefkey, of Kincardine; and Frank (Janice) MacLennan, of Toronto.

Loved grandmother of Aaron and Amanda Whetham; and Ashley, Paula and Kayli MacLennan. Cherished great grandmother of Brendon and Caden Whetham.

Sadly missed by her brother Ed Schuler, of Waterdown.

Predeceased by her sister-in-law, Pat Schuler.

The funeral service was held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home in Kincardine, on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012 with Rev. Ray Luinstra officiating.

 TAMMI MURRAY

Aug. 30, 1958 - Aug. 15, 2012

After a courageous two-year battle with cancer, Tammi Keggenhoff Murray, passed away on Aug. 15, 2012 with her husband Brian, her sister Terri Keggenhoff and her brother Werner Keggenhoff by her side.

She will be greatly missed by her son Liam; her in-laws Benny and Ray Murray, of Kincardine; Shirley Anne and Stephen Crossley; Sharon and Chris McGarvey; and by many nieces and nephews.

Tammi graduated from the University of Toronto with a masters degree in social work. Her wise counsel and caring advice will be missed by many.

A celebration of her life was held on Aug. 23, 2012 in Whitby, Ontario.

Rest in Peace, dear Tammi.

JANIS SMALL, DAVID SMALL

Janis (née Woodcock) and David "Dave" Small, of Kincardine, died at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre-Kincardine, of natural causes, on Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012. Janis was in her 64th year and Dave was in his 67th year.

Beloved parents of Geoffrey (Lindsay) Small, of Hamilton; Chris Small (Kate O'Neill), of Georgetown; and Brent Small, of Kincardine. Loving grandparents of Penelope and Charlie Small.

Janis is sadly missed by brothers Tim (Barbara) Woodcock, of London; and Bob Woodcock (Janis Atkinson), of Collingwood.

Dave is lovingly remembered by his brother Doug (Mary) Small, of Kincardine; and sisters-in-law Ellie and Kay Small. He was predeceased by brothers Glenn and Orville Small as well as his sister Katherine Small.

Visitation for Dave and Janis was held at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home, Kincardine on Monday, Sept. 3, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service took place at the Anglican Church of the Messiah at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012 with Rev. Rob Hiscox officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Geoffrey, Chris  and Brent Small; Tim, Bob, Tom and Rob Woodcock; Stan Egerton; Bob Campbell; and Doug, Kevin, Andy  and Mike Small. Flower bearers were: Penelope, Mary, Lindsay, Kay  and Mallory Small;  and Kate O'Neill.
